Models sent in for weathering must-have reference photos attached or emailed. If reference photos are not included, we reserve the right to upcharge for any additional work once the model has been completed.- We have a zero-money-down policy on all pre-orders. Customers will be billed when the product arrives at our location.

- We are authorized to sell ESU Loskound and Bowser Manufacturing products, this does not mean we cannot get the model you need. Please contact us to inquire about any other product lines.
- We have a 4-month warranty on any electrical work we do. **That Warranty is waived if the model has been taken apart**
- Models DO NOT ship until they are paid for.
- Orders & Pre-orders that are not paid for after 30 days of the invoice date are listed for sale on our website.
- We reserve the right to lock/restrict access to our custom ESU Loksound files, files shall not be shared amongst other modelers without our consent.
- All of our models are clear-coated after they are weathered, this does not make them resilient to greasy potato chip hands… Only handle models with clean hands, we are not responsible for large fingerprints that appear on the model.
- We ship all of our models Via UPS Ground with declared value to cover the cost of the items in the shipment. We always recommend using the signature required function to ensure safe delivery.
- We take payment via PayPal, Cash, and Checks **Make all checks out to Upstate Custom Models LLC**
- When using PayPal, it is preferred that you use goods and services with an added 3% to cover fees, failure to add 3% will result in the customer paying for the fee difference.
